This unique ramen place is located in a quiet residential area, between Ikebukuro station and Mejiro station. No one can tell that it is a ramen restaurant just by looking from the outside; however, inside is very well equipped; there is even a noodle making room located beside the entrance.

The owner/chef Ryuichiro Shinagawa gained professional experiences at "Shichifukujin" that was related to Higashi-ikebukuro Taishoken, one of the most renowned ramen restaurants in Japan. Drill-man's "Tsukejiru," which literally stands for "soup for dipping", is made with stock of branded free-range poultry called "Hinai-jidori" and Akita prefecture's "Hyakuju" soy sauce made from natural whole soybeans. The homemade noodle is made from domestically produced wheat named "Nebarigoshi" for its great chewy texture. The roasted pork is charbroiled just before it is topped on each single ramen so that everyone can enjoy the savory smell and the great flavor.
